Health & Wellness Business & Sourcing Consulting
For conscious entrepreneurs in the artisanal coffee/tea/herb/health & wellness spaces
Why Work with Me? The worlds of artisanal coffee, intentional tea, and herbal medicine are very specific and niche industries that require an attunement to enter - an attunement to the plants, attunement to the community, and attunement to your personal why. I’ve spent years working, studying, learning and building in these industries - I want to help you do the same.
I'm not coming to this as a business generalist. My background is in sourcing and education — I've spent years building relationships with small-scale, ethical producers and learning how to translate complex plant knowledge into something people can actually understand and connect with.
That means when we work together, you're not just getting help with your business model. You're getting access to a real network of sourcing relationships, and a collaborator who knows how to help you tell your story in a way that resonates — whether that's training your staff, writing your product descriptions, or teaching a room full of people why what you're selling matters.
Most plant-focused founders struggle with two things: finding quality ingredients they can trust, and explaining what they do in a way that doesn't sound like a wellness cliché. That's exactly where I work.
Sourcing & Education Consultation
You're building something rooted. Something that matters. Maybe it's a tea line, an elixir brand, a functional plant business — or something that doesn't have a category yet. You know what you're making. But you're not sure where to find ingredients you can actually trust, or how to help your customers and staff understand why any of it matters.
That's exactly where I come in.
Majestika Mountain offers sourcing and education consultation for entrepreneurs in the coffee, tea, herbal, and plant-focused wellness spaces. I'm not a generalist. I work in a specific lane. Health and wellness products DO NOT SELL unless people understand why they will benefit them and their lives, and why they are more effective than the other hundred products on the shelves or in the cafes.
Who This Is For
You're in the right place if you're:
- Starting or scaling a tea, coffee, or herb-focused product business and need to build a sourcing foundation you can trust
- Struggling to find ethical, quality suppliers — or not sure how to vet the ones you have
- Trying to figure out how to talk about your products in a way that resonates without sliding into wellness-speak
- Building a team or wholesale accounts and need help developing training materials, menus, or staff education
- In it for the long haul and want to build something that holds up as you grow
Why Work With Me
My background is in sourcing and education — not business strategy in the abstract. I've spent years building relationships with small-scale, ethical producers across the coffee, tea, herbal, and functional plant space, and I know how to evaluate quality, navigate supplier relationships, and build supply chains that scale without compromising integrity.
I've also spent years learning how to take complex plant knowledge and make it accessible — for customers, for cafe staff, for wholesale buyers, for anyone who needs to understand what they're serving and why it matters.
Most plant-focused founders hit the same two walls: they can't find suppliers they feel good about, and they don't know how to communicate what makes their product different. That's the work I do.
What I don't do: broad business strategy, financial modeling, or operational overhauls. If that's what you need, I'll tell you. I'd rather be honest than overpromise.
Our Services
1 session - 90 minutes
A focused deep dive into your sourcing landscape. We'll look at your base concept and the direction it’s headed in, what’s crucial to know about the specific industry you’re entering, where your ingredients are coming from (or where you want them to come from), how to evaluate suppliers, what questions to ask, and how to build a supply chain that holds up as you scale. Walk away with a clearer picture and a concrete next step.
Ideal for founders who are early in product development or who have sourcing relationships that need a second look.
3 sessions - 90 minutes each
Three working sessions focused on what will best serve your vision. Together we'll:
1. Build your sourcing foundation — identify and vet ethical suppliers, understand quality indicators, and create a sourcing strategy that fits your business
2. Develop your product story — craft the language around your ingredients, your process, and your values in a way that resonates with buyers and customers
3. Create your education layer — staff training materials, wholesale buyer decks, menu descriptions, or customer-facing content, depending on what you need most
This is for founders who are ready to do the real work and want a collaborator who knows this specific territory.
60 minutes
One question, one session. Trying to evaluate a new supplier? Not sure how to write a training guide for your cafe accounts? Need menu development support? Wondering how to talk about CBD on your menu without triggering every red flag? Bring the specific thing. We'll work through it.
2 calls/month + async support
For founders who are moving and need someone who knows their business in their corner. We meet twice a month, and you have access to support between sessions — for questions that come up, suppliers you're vetting, copy you want a second set of eyes on, menu development challenges. This is an ongoing partnership, not a package.
